A real family hotel

Based on its great prices and it's services and he comfort of it's room , I have found it one of the best hotels which I stayed in lebanon.
I really felt like home..
I do recommend it for business man and families

Very comfortable hotel.

This is my second stay, I like the hotel, very quit and comfortable. Friendly staff, big thanks for yussif FO for his great welcome, for sure my next visit to Beirut I will stay in this hotel and I highly recommend it.

Good Experience.

I like the Hotel, nice and clean room, good breakfast, staff very friendly, big thanks for All the team don’t remember their names, special thanks to Yousef FO for this full support to me from my arrival till I left the hotel, I will back to the hotel in my next visit to Beirut.

No Privacy and Not clean..

They enter my room without my permission while i am inside, they want to show the room to another customer..
the pathroom is very bad and there is a water leak
the balcony is kind of partitioned with almost no privacy
I dont think that I will ever go there again

In a nutshell.. Pathetic

I had a horrible experience during my recent stay here.. Getting to the hotel itself is so difficult due to the narrow access. The reception and service staff are ok.. Not welcoming but not rude either. The breakfast is ok. The biggest let down is the poor quality of rooms. They are old and stink. The hotel was booked as part of a 3 star range of hotels. The wifi is no pathetic. What a waste
