Family vacation in Druskininkai

I stayed in Sodyba Igne for 2 nights during the 2016 Christmas period. Place looks really clean and nice. The family room ( with 2 separate rooms ) was really cozy. Overall location is very good and quiet. Druskininkai city centre is few kilometres away.

Very disappointed

The rooms where nice: clean and cosy. Pets are allowed which is a big + in my book. Overall, It's a nice, quite place. But I was taken aback by the so called manager's manners. At 7 P.M, we noticed all the doors leading outside were locked, so we called to ask why that was, we got an answer: Well I didn't think you were that stupid, do you not have keys? You must be stupid.
Yes it was our mistake by not checking our keys, we thought there were two spare keys to our room. We could have gotten a simple reply, but to call us stupid was very disrespectful and uncalled for. We will not be returning here, only for the behavior of the manager.

Very convenient

Just 5 minutes drive from Druskininkai. It is very convenient for those, who wants feel countryside and be just minutes drive from the town.
Personel is polite and helpfull. All the apartments are almost brand new, with the main amenities, but very simple at the time. Very comfortable bed.
In the territory there is a river. It is prepared for swimming in it. Territory is well maintained. There is a restaurant (popular in the area) and a museum of Sakotis (nationan dessert of Lithuania), where You can try it.
The walls of apartment are not isolated from sound properly, so You will hear Your neighbours.
To summerize, I liked there.

Thank you for the review. :) We are happy that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel despite the fact that you could hear your neighbours. In the near future we will try to improve sound isolation.
Also we have to make one correction about Šakotis just to make it clear for other people. You can try šakotis only at the restaurant "Romnesa" but not at the museum of šakotis (The tree cake museum).

Wonderful

Everything was awesome. Rooms, staff, food and area. You can rent bikes and go for nice bikerides in the little village of Jaskonys or into the forest. Druskininkai with all the spas etc are also close by but we preferred to stay at sodyba igne as the restaurant is just as good as Those in the center but much better prices. There is also a Sakotis museum at the hotel where the worlds largest tree cake ( verified by guiness book of records are on display ) The kids loved the big playground too :)

Weekend for two with some minuses

It was pretty good, your receptionist is incredibly kind and we have really enjoyed her service and room was pretty cosy, but there was some trouble with noise because other people had party so, we cannot sleep till the late night. Also, there was some trouble with breakfast because waitresses were very rude. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the overall experience mostly because of the receptionist and environment, so thank you a lot!
