Sweet Place in town to stay.

Dearest laddies and gentlemen Iam RUMTravel, I can not wait to say all good things about this hotel, I have been stayed in the hotel for two nights with my daughter, it is absolutely beautiful hotel in Phnom Phen, all staff so friendly An’s helpful, the service is amazing , the room, bathroom is so clean An’s the food like breakfast is really tasty , of course the bed very comfortable , the location is closed to almost everything’s such as market, shopping extra so I would love to highly recommended to everyone who are coming to phnom Phen don’t missed I wish to stay in this hotel again soon.

Comfortable, decent receptionist

Stayed for one night, 3 pax. One family with one toddler. Location is good near dim sum restaurant.
Room size ok, receptionist ok. No phone in the room. And no lift. But I guess that's why the price is competitive.

Value for money

It was a late check in and it was smooth. The double bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It was not noisy and I had a good sleep. We also had to pay deposit for the room, however it was refunded on the following day.

Clean yet its noisy and it need to pay administration fee!

. Was staying one night on Sat. RM110 for a deluxe twin room.
. No elevator, stair case only.
. No breakfast included.
. Hair-dryer, towel provided.
But no toothbrush in room, but you can request from reception if you need. (weird)
. Noisy, no sound insulation.
And there is a teakwondo beside. Assume the noise probably come from neighbour, but can hear the people talking from room near by.
. You need to pay administration RM2. (Yea! is true) I didn't realise when checked in and paid for the deposit, until checked out. And its my first time hear about that. strange! I've been stayed all kind of accommodation, hotel or hostel, none of them will need a guest to pay that.
Lastly, receptionist doesn't look kind and friendly at all.
I wouldn't consider this hotel and wont recommend to my friends.
Be frankly with this price, I surely there are more hostel or Inn locate at jonker street could provide better service than Vrest and without that unnecessary administration fee.

For the RM2 is Heritage tax levied by Malaysian government (only Melaka and Penang).And we collect the Deposit is to avoid customer damage to hotel supplies and receive,it will refund at check out ,Sorry for the inconvenience .Thank you for your kind review.

Clean & Cozy room located in city

Room is clean. Even room space is not big but it's actually enough for two person. Toilet is clean. No elevator in the hotel so we need to carry our own luggage up to 3rd floor. But overall it's worth to stay here.
