Terrible welcome!!!
I made a reservation through an app from CDMX for my brother, so that he will spend last night at this establishment. Upon arrival (10 pm) they told him that it had not been paid for, only reserved. He called me immediately and it seemed a little strange to me if he had entered the CT data. Mr. David González (reception) explained the situation to me. I asked him to please give him the room so he could rest after a long trip, while I looked for the reservation information and would immediately proceed to make the corresponding payment. Well, his response was "NO!! UNTIL I PAY!!" with the worst of ways.
My brother paid for it and Mr. David Gonzales did not respect the price established in the reservation (app) $585, he charged him $735. At the time my brother had to pay it to be able to have a place to spend the night and not look for another lodging option at that time (10pm).
