If you are visiting for just a couple nights, and will be out must of the day… it’s a very convenient location in downtown, clean, friendly staff,

They still refuse to fix the bike in the gym. A modern Precor bike just sitting there idle.

I have stayed here several times over the years but they have gone down hill. The hotel was fairly empty but they placed us in a room with a broken shower. They fixed that but the thermostat would not work so they tried to replace that but that led to an electrical issue that they were not able to fix so they but us in new room.
It would have been better to check the rooms that everything is working before checking people in a room.

Bike in gym no working coupled with jack hammers all day. No notice to guests!

Great location, good accommodation

Location is excellent, next to the ADO bus terminal, Soriana supermarket, restaurants, public transport, Uber, easy access to the hotel area, Market 28, exchange.
The hostel has a pool and a gym on the terrace. The gym could have more equipment for use in the pole as straight/curved bar, rope, triangle, w bar etc.
And for breakfast, I suggest some cold ones like cheeses and a toaster.
In addition, great place as a base to make the tours in the region :)

Muy buena ubicación
