Change to Posada Lilia half a block away

I better stay at the inn Lilia, the first and cheapest attention, the host Don Enrique very attentive and the simple but comfortable room, 40 meters from the beach, are almost in front of the cabins at only 800 pesos a night, very good choice

Right on the long, wide white sand beach

For campers, nature lovers and those that like walking the beach or watching the sunset this place is great. If you stay in one of the cabins then you've got a table and chairs to relax or you can walk right out onto the white sand beach.
It's close to the middle of town in a 5min walk with lots of restaurants, hotels and places to stuff yourself with seafood right on the beach, dig-your-toes-in-the-sand style and enjoy a meal while you watch the sunset. Walk right in and through from the street or just walk up the beach till you find one you like.
If you don't speak Spanish, take a phrase book as they don't speak English, and make sure you have your reservation printed out because they didn't even know I'd booked when I arrived. But walk-ins are okay as well.
The cabins themselves are basic but clean and comfortable, I stayed two nights and was comfortable. Don't forget your mosquito spray though, being right next to a bioreserve area means the mozzies are about and you'll need it come dusk. The cabins do have a mosquito net over one bed though if you forget it.

Im Palmenhain am Ende der Welt

Die Cabañas befinden sich in traumhafter Lage. Man wohnt unter hohen Palmen direkt am langen, hellen Sandstrand von Celestun, in Gesellschaft zahlloser Pelikane und einer Meute freundlicher Wachhunde. Hier ist man am "Ende der Welt", wie einem nach einer Stunde Anfahrt mit dem Colectivo (zu empfehlen) oder zwei Stunden mit dem Bus von Mérida sofort bei der Ankunft klar wird. Ein ruhiger Ort am Meer mit einer Handvoll Geschäfte und Restaurants, sonst nichts. Und so gibt es auch kaum etwas zu tun, als sich der Melancholie dieses Ortes hinzugeben. Die Cabanas selbst sind eben noch akzeptabel, mit lediglich kaltem Wasser, diverse Lärmquellen produzieren das typisch mexikanische Hintergrundrauschen.

No tienen disponibilidad

Busqué este sitio en internet con la intención de hospedarme, me comuniqué por WhatsApp, pero sólo me enviaron un texto copiado con referencia de precios, no atendieron mis dudas, llamé varias veces por teléfono por 2 días consecutivos y nunca me contestaron. Jamás me pude hospedar porque no están disponibles para concretar hospedaje con los clientes.

Dépotoir

Qd nous sommes arrivés la gérante nous annonce un prix à 100$MXN la nuit, nous lui donnons donc 200 pour 2 nuits.. Le lendemain elle attend 17h pour venir ns dire que si l'on veut rester il faut payer de nouveau 200 car c'était le prix par personne soit disant.. A savoir que la saison n'est pas commencée, ns étions les seuls, le camping est insalubre, elle ne parle pas un mot anglais, bref même sur les îles de la riviera la tente est moins cher.
L'emplacement des tentes est certes face à l'océan mais à côté d'un ponton fréquenté par les pêcheurs et les jeunes qui font des allers retours en scooter de 7h à 2h du matin ; aucune commodités à part des douches vétustes comme on a jamais vu (pas d'évacuation correcte de l'eau, puanteur, un tuyau pr pommeau de douche..).
Camping insécurisé, non fermé tout le monde le traverse pr rejoindre la plage.
WiFi très limitée ; pas de lumière ds les sanitaires ; ordures qui jonchent le sol ; bref un seul conseil ne faites pas la même erreur que nous !
