A Peaceful, Picture-Perfect Escape in Valle de Guadalupe

Our stay at 7 Valles was absolutely exceptional. If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy pure peace and quiet, this is it.
The property itself is stunning. We spent so much time admiring the beautiful scenery. The grounds are gorgeous and perfectly manicured, framing the beautiful vineyard right on site. It felt like our own private oasis.
As a nice bonus, the complimentary breakfast at Don Tomas was great. The food was delicious and fresh—truly a great way to start each day before heading out to explore the valley.
The only thing that could have possibly made it better? A hot tub! The nights in the valley get beautifully chilly, and I have to admit I was a tad bit jealous of the guests at the neighboring property as they soaked under the stars. It would have been the absolute icing on the cake for those cool evenings.
That being said, the tranquility, beauty, and hospitality at 7 Valles are unmatched. We can’t wait to come back!

Skip this hotel.
We were excited to spend the day enjoying Valle de Guadalupe, but this hotel completely ruined the start of our trip.
When we arrived, we were told our room was ready and were personally escorted to it. We unpacked our luggage, got changed, and were literally about to head out when staff knocked on the door and told us we had to move because they had given us the wrong room.
Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to call it a “miscommunication” and even suggested it was somehow our fault because we arrived early. That’s an unbelievable response considering they were the ones who messaged us that our room was ready.
Packing everything back up, moving rooms, and waiting for the situation to be resolved wasted a huge chunk of our afternoon and completely disrupted our plans in Valle. Time is the one thing you can’t get back, especially on a short getaway.
Mistakes happen. What separates a good hotel from a bad one is how they handle them. There was no real apology, no effort to make things right, and no ownership of the situation. Instead, they deflected blame onto their guests.
The room mix-up was frustrating, but the customer service was even worse. We left feeling like our time didn’t matter. I would think twice before staying here.

While the cabin itself has a charming aesthetic, the lack of maintenance was a major issue. We found a hole in the ceiling, a chipped bed frame, and a shower head heavily covered in limescale. To make matters worse, the shower had almost no water pressure, making it very difficult to use. Beyond the room quality, the logistics were frustrating. They require a 30% deposit just to confirm, yet the location is very difficult to find. Additionally, breakfast isn't served on-site; you have to walk 10 minutes to a different location. With so many better options in the area, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhe

Amazing! Incredible! Outstanding! What a lovely place. The breakfast spot they include breakfast at is awesome. The people are very responsive and helpful, rooms are clean and everything was very nice. It’s close to a ton of wineries and restaurants so overall very highly recommend.

Getting there was easy, the view was amazing, the cabin had everything we needed (coffee, water, wine glasses, cutting board, iron etc) and they checked in to see if we needed refills on any items through our stay. Staff was readily available through Watsapp answering any questions we had and helping us with anything we needed.
I have been to Valle de Guadalupe a few times and in the future I definitely want to stay here again.
