All right.

The hotel is nice, the team is young and very friendly.
We had a problem with the air conditioning, the evening of our arrival, which was not working and the owner kindly offered us two more rooms.
Large terrace with hammock at the top and a rooftop bar. The hotel is quiet to sleep and located just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Punta coco. The city center is 10/15 minutes by bike and 20/25 minutes on foot. The hotel offers beach towels and umbrellas.
Be careful to take mosquito repellents!!!!
Only breakfast has a light menu.

Home HX a paradise inside Holbox

Excellent place to vacation, for those who prefer a little distant from the bustle of downtown Holbox, house HX an unparalleled place, all the place very clean, all the staff very friendly, of course I would return again % recommended.

A very pleasant experience

Makes you feel at home, the manager super good person, the service and attention very well , the view from the terrace to the sunset excellent as well as the drinks and facilities and common areas super well, happy holidays

Good hotel

The hotel is located at the end of the island, it is possible to afford the services of a taxi-buggy (waiting at the port) for the sum of MXN 200 per race (MXN 250 for the return because service requested by the hotel).
With its original architecture, the hotel is part of the landscape with its white paint and its typical roofs and railings.
Located on the first floor, we had a spacious room with a double bed. We slept well. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom, large and functional was pretty. Breakfast is okay, not very varied either but it is possible to ask for pancakes, waffles, eggs cooked in different ways, etc.
The decoration, bohemian and nature inspired is relaxing. Various services are offered such as two swimming pools, a restaurant, buggy rental, bicycle, etc.
The hotel has a partnership with a beach club located on the beach of punta cocos. Don't hesitate to tell the hotel that they will notify the beach club of your arrival, you may benefit from a welcome cocktail.
We had a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and smiling. They speak Spanish and English.

Very nice hotel but very far from the city center.

It is a 30-40 minutes walk from the landing pier if the streets are dry, but due to the water pools on the streets it was not possible for us to reach the hotel walking. One would need a taxi (M$ 250) to get there. The hotel is rather new and very original, several bungalows around two (small) pools. Without the water pools on the street it is a less than 15 minutes walk to the coco beach (salinas with flamingos) and around 10 minutes to the casablanca beach. Even nearer is the bioluminiscencia area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good internet.
