The best pet-friendly hotel in Holbox.

My family and I had an incredible vacation at this hotel, the hospitality of Nelson at the front desk makes you feel at home, very kind and helpful, the location is very central and the ocean view on the roof is beautiful, we will definitely return.

Lousy hotel

Lousy hotel, I do not recommend it at all, we stayed in the Mittos house part of the same hotel, however facilities with a lot of lack of maintenance, unserved air conditioners, dead refrigerator, TV without signal, no hot water, no cleaning service and garbage collection, power cuts without consulting, noise of works outside the house but own of the complex. Anyway we'll never come back

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Room was tiny. Bed was broken and squeaked loudly whenever you moved. Only furniture in the room was the bed and a luggage rack. I was aware of the noise before arriving but wasn’t prepared for how loud it was. It was like the band from across the road was playing inside the room until the wee hours of the morning. Had booked for 5 nights but left after 1. The staff members at the front desk were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us but there was no way we could have stayed there longer.

New Years Eve trip.

Did a 6 night stay at Mittoz over NYE w a friend and had an excellent experience. Our check in was smooth and the guy was so friendly. Room was what we booked online. Property is literally close to everything. A lot of the reviews talk about noise and yes there is noise but we found it manageable.
