Too ugly for the price

Hidden hotel very disappointing access, very low quality, dark but the ugliest finding hairs in bed between the sheets and the cost per night does not justify the service. There should be reimbursement for dirt or noise and that is not regulated. They take advantage of the guest

Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Nos gustaría conocer a fondo el tema de escondido y sobre el acceso ya que nosotros estamos ubicados en una de las principales y mas bonitas plazas del centro de Mérida, contamos con estacionamiento subterraneo techado, además que no tuvimos reportes de limpieza durante los días de su estancia . Sus comentarios son valiosos y agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de hacérnoslos saber.

Find another hotel

1. A trend.. the 2nd Marriott that I started in that had a HORRRRRIBLE breakfast.
2. Don't accept a room by the elevator, they were doing construction in the service room by the elevator and all those chemicals got in my room. They tried to get the smell out but then it smelled like saturated wet for all night. This happened around 830pm and I was so tired and had to get up at 5am I just said I'm over it.
3. What is the issue in 2026 with TVs? One Marriott didn't have a smart TV,their's was old so I had to watch my tablet for the duration of my stay. This one had a smart TV that they have no clue how to book up to the wifi.. and I'm sure they won't fix the issue ever.
It's located in a decent place but I'll stay somewhere else on my next visit

Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited.
For the price you can get better hotels around.

The hottel amenities were kinda dirty, rooftop pool with garbage on the floor. Not the breakfast was a definitely a mess.

The room was clean at check in, but never swept afterwards. Tumble weeds of hair always there, everything dusty ( I cleaned it, you are welcome) the toiled was plugged or would not flush at least 2 times a day! This was the must frustrating part because I was always worried about using the bathroom at nigh or in an emergency. The front star was awesome! Always! The bar tender slash room service, slash front desk, slash learning to be a cook was alway great and over worked, he was everywhere!!! Always had a smile and super happy to have a conversation. He requires a major pay rise!! I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds are very small NOT a QUEEN! The birds on the windows are too thin. I can hear the birds all night long and I was no where beer the elevator, but could hear every ding. The AC was perfect! The towels suck! Breakfast was good the first day....but really? No change? It was not worth the money for this hotel other than the location and free parking.
