This was our third trip int Merida. Three experiences over 5 years. All with the Gran Hotel. Great Location, friendly and helpful staff. We will b back.

Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi.
