A slice of paradise

I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It is a hidden gem located walking distance to the ruins. It is quaint, charming, gorgeous, and simple connecting you to nature. The staff was so friendly I consider them my friends. A special shout out to Carolina, Oswaldo, Rodolfo, Diego, and Carlos. The restaurant is open air, on the beach and a beautiful relaxing breakfast experience. Breakfast is order off the menu with a nice fruit plate and sweet and savory options. This resort is so amazing! You can stay in a thatched roof hut surrounded by sand and palm trees. This bungalow is cute and clean with air conditioning, beds made up with mosquito netting and sand at your doorstep. I rarely wore shoes around the resort. The reception area is open air and has a pool table and games. It has a lofted ceiling and comfortable seating. They also show movies on weekend nights. No TV, sand between your toes, super friendly caring staff, good cocktails, beautiful beachside restaurant, peace and quiet. What is not to like. This is a perfect laid back, one with nature resort. I could not be happier

Excellent choice in Tulum

Excellent stay, the reception girl super friendly and helpful, the beach club very good area only lack music the restaurant food was delicious, the breakfast included also very good and the waiters attention excellent, the room very good inside what is expected to be the experience of being in a hotel in Tulum all very Caribbean but with that touch that only Tulum has, the small but clean pool, all good with my stay safe I will be back soon!!

Natureza Maravilhosa

Our stay was 17/07/25 to 21/07/25 I can say my experience was wonderful where really the protagonism is the "Natureza" everything very simple but is the we need to connect with nature, the cottage is a grace I fell in love with bed tent, no tv, frigobar, really foot on the floor.
Very attentive staff, friendly, the restaurant cafe manha perfect food and drinks.
It remains an environmental reserve from going to the ruins of Tulun.
It's a pity that the beach was very sargaço, but even so the sand was very white, there are several cenotes, parks, restaurants to know.
I would definitely come back

The Most Wonderful Paradise. Rustic Luxury for Discerning Travellers

The most beautiful place, with wonderful staff. Don't go there if you want First World luxury. All the critics that complain about the wifi, the no fridges in the rooms, the quality of the coffee, the paying to get into the National Park. This is off the beaten track, rustic luxury, for discerning travellers, not those who want all singing all dancing, everything working perfectly, with a million different things for breakfast. The included breakfast was basic but the overall menu is fantastic. Really good quality, fresh products. Delicious food.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They were all delightful. The bungalows are charming. They are very simple -with no more than a shower curtain to separate the loo from the bedroom - but they are very clean and the beds are comfy. Yes the water temperature is a bit unreliable, and so is the pressure and the wifi was a bit dodgy, but you are in the most beautiful place, in the middle of paradise, and the 4G worked perfectly well.
As I say, if you want First World, all singing, all dancing, go somewhere else. Hotel Alito won't be for you. Hotel Alito is definitely for discerning travellers.
There are a number of hotels on this stretch of beach in the National Park and, in our view, Hotel Alito was the best. Small, utterly charming, with lovely staff, with the added benefit of an iguana on the roof of our bungalow every day.
The only sadness was the snorkelling. We were there 20 years ago and I have never seen such incredible colours under the water. Now the coral has all died; it was a graveyard under the sea. Devastating.

Schönes Hotel mit einem sehr großen Manko: seit 1.1. muss man pro Tag circa 20€ pro Person an den Jaguar Park abführen. Ohne diese Gebühr ist das Hotel nicht erreichbar. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür. Aber Sie müssen 20€ pro Person und Tag zusätzlich einplanen! Das war bei der Buchung leider nicht ersichtlich.
