Wonderful Stay!
I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hospitality was excellent, and the ambience and rooms were even better. I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout my stay.
The amenities and in-hotel activities were great, and I took full advantage of the spa, restaurants, and bar. The food was also excellent. While it is slightly overpriced, the quality of the ingredients and overall presentation make it worthwhile.
The location was another plus, as the hotel is close to great restaurants and a marketplace, so I definitely recommend exploring the surrounding area as well.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not typically accept debit cards for deposits, although they made an exception for me, which I really appreciated. Also, there are quite a few stray animals around the property, so guests with allergies should keep that in mind.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely Spectacular from Start to Finish
Milam is one of the best boutique hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the private villas to the stunning residences, every detail is absolutely spectacular.
We booked a residence for just the two of us, and it was far more space than we could have ever imagined, with multiple bedrooms and expansive living areas. While it’s probably best suited for a larger family or group, I have to admit—I never wanted to leave.
The property is breathtaking, and the photos are exactly what you can expect in person, if not even better. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional.
I rarely take the time to write reviews unless I’ve had either an extraordinary experience or a very disappointing one. This stay was truly exceptional, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding work this team has done.
If you’re looking for a romantic, peaceful, and effortlessly chic destination to relax and unwind, this is it. I cannot wait to return, and next time I’ll be bringing my family to experience this incredible property with me

Milam is a must
Milam felt like home away from home, but make it luxury! It is neatly tucked away in nature in the jungle part of Tulum. I stayed in the residence 3. Amazing, clean and very spacious. It has 4 bedrooms so I slept in a different room every night because why not! It is great value for money. It is very picturesque, so if you are into content creation, this is a great place to stay. It is very serene and the only sounds you’ll hear are the birds singing.
