Good hotel, easy 5 min walk to the lake and shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Overall, good for the price

Unclean and bad service!

Whenever I arrived, I first had to deal with a price argument. When that was finally sorted out, I went up to my room to find it unclean. I do understand that standards are quite different from the US, but I find it unacceptable to have urine all over the toilet seat and the floors to be very dirty. Overall, I requested to terminate my stay, and after repeatedly arguing with the manager, I was able to leave.

Best Hotel and Service

The hotel is neat and clean, price is best according to their place and service, specially the supervisor Mr. Haris is an awesome person. He didn't say no for anything. He arraged everything we wanted like extra blanket, extra slippers, paragliding booking, bungee booking, tickets everything. Place is also very convenient.

Clean Hotel

This is our hotel after going back from ABC trek. The location is not near the lake but still achievable by walking in max 10 minutes. The hotel is relative new, clean, wifi is fast and hot shower is good

IT WAS VERY GOOD HOTEL CLEAN N NICE VIEW FROM ROOF TOP

it was very nice stay in cool n nice n clean room after I did 15 days pun hill tracking I love the the place.....also they have 4 other company which they do paragliding,rafting, tour and travel I do not need to go look for something else for my adventure trip
