Incredible hospitality in a beautiful spot!
We were greeted with a warm welcome from Meena upon our arrival. She is a fantastic host and really passionate about ensuring that guests have the best possible stay. We had just that and it made our anniversary vacation. It meant so much that the breakfast staff was always helpful and caring. The hotel is so clean and the amenities are wonderful. We definitely hope to come back!

Excellent staff
I was not familiar with the Pullman brand and wasn’t sure what to expect. However, after my initial interaction with the front desk staff, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. From that point on, the experience only got better. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and offered excellent amenities. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying at a Pullman property again.

Loved it here – brilliant staff who made us feel like we were in good hands.
I visit Rotorua regularly but wouldn’t usually stay here due to the cost. My friend had Accor points which she generously put toward this trip and made it a lot more affordable.
The check-in was seamless and very friendly and the secure bike storage was very easy to access. They have valet parking in a secure compound about 30 m from the hotel at a cost of $39 a night. I used this service on the first night because we arrived late and I didn’t take the bike off the rack. We just parked in the street on the other nights.
The room was spacious for two friends – two king-size beds, a lovely big shower, a sofa and a chair. The toilet and shower area could be a little bit intimate for some – they have frosted glass but the door does not reach the ceiling so any odours and sounds from the toilet travel straight into the bedroom! Fortunately we are good friends and mature in age so this didn’t bother us at all. The vanity being pretty much in the hallway certainly save space and makes for a bigger more luxurious room but as I say – it’s not for everyone.
Everything was in good working order and clean and fresh. The mini bar was well stocked with a few miniatures too and there was a range of teas and a coffee machine. Her Accor points gave us a discount at the bar and in the restaurant. We chose not to eat at the restaurant but did have drinks in the foyer area.
It’s located a short walk from Eat Street and close to good cafes if you chose to breakfast out.
On one evening we noticed somebody’s handbag sitting on a chair right by the front door so handed it in. Another afternoon there was unfortunately a dead cat in the outdoor bar area. We mentioned this to the frontline staff who dealt with the situations quickly and professionally.
It struck me as being a very comfortable hotel and I would love to stay again!

Excellent service and good food recommendations from the staff. Kudos to the chefs as well.
We had dinner with family and the service was great. All thanks to Aoran and Roshani for the exceptional service. The manager was also very accommodating with our needs. We will surely be back!!
