Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when making a nonrefundable reservation, you must show the same credit card upon check-in as was used when making the reservation. When you are not able to show the same credit card, your reservation will be refused. Please note that if you secure your reservation with a credit card, it will be verified by means of an authorization on the day of arrival. Please note that the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation after 16:00 hours if your credit card turns out to be invalid. Please note that a safety deposit of EUR 50 per night is required upon arrival, to cover incidentals. This is taken per credit card and will be refunded at check-out.
