They gave my reservation to someone else. They didn't respect my reservation and the one you serve, a spoiled person.

I made a reservation at the hotel 11 months in advance, making a 20% payment according to what I was told. 4 months before the trip I reconfirmed the booking and was told that everything was fine, 3 days before the trip I reconfirmed the booking and was told that they would attend me at a partner hotel. I asked them what that meant and they didn't answer. The day I arrived in Ayacucho I took the taxi to the hotel and was told that the hotel was full, that my reservation had been handed over to other people who were previously and decided to extend their stay. I insisted that the reservation be respected but they would not agree. The Miss of the counter, in a very bad way told us that we had been placed in another hotel (but the rooms were not the same as what we had asked), or if she wanted me to return my money, so she also told me to calm down that nothing could be done, that annoying me I did not gain anything. I asked to speak to the manager, who I spoke to on the cell phone, he apologized for having given the reservation to other people, who could place me in another hotel , I went to see the other hotel and I did not like it. I asked for the money back and went, without destination, to find a hotel. Very bad experience, they do not respect the reservations and the one that attends, an unpresentable.

A hotel in need of money

The rooms were not bad. They only had hard memory foam pillows. There was no toilet paper in the rooms so you had to ask for it. The hotel lists a restaurant, but it only serves breakfast. The eggs at breakfast were cold and they said they have no forks. They gave us very tiny plastic spoons. I bought some waters before we went to bed and the next morning they said I owed for a water even though I paid for them. I gave them money for he water and told them to keep the change because they needed the money.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. No entanto claridade entra no quarto o tempo todo, mesmo com portas e cortinas fechados. O café da manhã é saboroso, mas bem limitado: você escolhe dois pães, uma bebida quente e um suco, e é só.
