Pleasant
The hotel is in a strategic location, very close to the Plaza de Armas and surrounding areas, it is cozy, clean, the staff is very attentive, and the rooms are comfortable.

Good Personnel can change the view about the medium rated hotel!
The front desk (customer service),Ms Rocio Ho is a very helpful and hospitable staff. She helped us to find taxi, and called in a doctor to come to the hotel to check my husband who has been sick with serious coughing. The doctor did a thorough check on him and prescribed him with antibiotics, cough medicine and he felt so much better afterwards. He is able to continue our journeys to Peru. She represented the hotel well and made up many credits for the hotel since it's situated badly in a very busy corner, along the busy street, with bus station across the street. Our room was facing this busy street. The car honks, and engines noises throughout the late evening made us not able to sleep well at all.

Tired outdated
Exotica group trip
This hotel unfortunately was the worst hotel we stayed in all of our Peru and Ecuador holiday .
I have no idea why exotica use this hotel in Cusco , it is very outdated and needs a full refurbishment.
This is not the worst part , it is extremely noisy from the road outside , you will not sleep if you are in a room at the front , the back of the hotel is fine .
The hotel has no good restaurants near by at all .
Its a 15 min taxi ride into the historical center where all the restraunts are .
Breakfast was average at best .
Staff were very helpful though and nice with it .

Not one I would recommend for a peaceful rest after a trek to machu picchu.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel it's self was quite dated and looking a bit grubby in places, it's very dark and dingy inside and very very noisy all night long with all the traffic noise. Car alarms going off throughout the night too. The area is not very pretty at all and a bit out of the way from the main square.

Good hotel away from city center
We were on a group tour and this was the hotel we were given. The location wasn't great to get the city center--we got an Uber in but had a hard time finding someone to drive us back after dinner (3 Ubers cancelled and 2 taxi drivers refused to take us). So be aware that it may take some work! However, we enjoyed staying in a less touristy area--it's nice to eat where the locals do!
The first night we were given a room on the second floor overlooking the street. It was incredibly noisy until the wee hours of the morning. We had a few hours of sleep before the constant traffic noise started up. Luckily we requested a room change and our second room was much quieter!! I'd suggest requesting a room not facing the street!
The rooms were comfortable, small but with everything you need. The breakfast was decent. The staff was nice, especially the cleaning staff! We also were able to arrange a late (3pm) checkout for a small fee.
