Juan is the best waiter in all of Peru!

This hotel is ideally located and quite comfortable. Juan Carlos Warton greeted us for breakfast each morning and made sure we had bananas for our 5:00 am departure for our Macchu Pichu tour. We especially appreciated his attention and responsiveness to our needs. We loved that breakfast began at 5 am because we are early risers. Everything inside the hotel is beautiful, well appointed and quiet to allow for restful sleep. The bedding is cozy and we loved the jetted tub. We had the front desk order cars for us twice, which was helpful. They also arranged a car ride back to the airport for $16 which is quite a deal. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you to Juan for making our stay memorable.

Exceptional service and perfect in every way

We had an amazing experience and felt very looked after. Perfect location. Warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were thought out and even had a sun room. The breakfast was exceptional so value for money was 10/10. Our waiter was Juan Carlos and he was so welcoming. Will definitely come back. It was clean and no noises at all. There was also a jacuzzi bath!!!!!

Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Service

Aranwa Boutique Hotel is truly one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The property feels like a living museum, filled with exquisite 16th–18th century artwork, antiques, and beautifully preserved architectural details. Every corner has something interesting to discover.
The location is excellent—right in the heart of Cusco, making it very convenient to explore the historic center on foot. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the top-notch service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
A beautiful and unique hotel with a wonderful sense of history, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cusco!

Great Location! Rooms may be noisy!

This hotel is well situated in the historic district of Cusco, with a short walk to various plazas. The hotel is lovely. However, please note that the placement of the beds is adjacent to the room door, so you will hear noise from the hallway.

Wonderful experience

Warm welcome from the staff. The hotel staff are attentive and kind. They offer O2 if you have a hard time adjusting to the altitude. You can get a spa treatment to feel better.
At breakfast you get a warm welcome from Gualberto each morning and wonderful local healing drinks, coffee, teas, custom made omelettes and local pastries. Dinners are delicious and the music performance by local musician is very enjoyable. It’s a 5 star experience.
