comfort of the housing is wonderful, delicious breakfast and prepared on the hour, 3 minutes from the square of Armas

The hotel has everything, dryer heater, the bathroom tap is hot water, shower wonders, in the hallway of the apt has a closet with ferrei passing sewing kit and others, just didn't like the decor with statues and paintings made me scared, but the rest is wonders for sure I will return

Nice and friendly

The Casa Saphi is very central yet very quiet. Service is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Suitable for a short stay without any other requirements due to the very good value for money. Room and bathroom are very small, windows glued due to the view. Breakfast is nice but quite expandable.
We would look for an alternative for longer stays.

the place is nice welcoming the neighbors of the place excellent people but not recommended, not recommended because you missed a towel for personal use . would not want to believe that the staff is at fault for the excellent location................................................................................................................................................................................................................

A lovely haven in the lovely Cusco

We stayed at Casa Saphi for close to three weeks (we had only planned a 7-10 days) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The beds are comfy, breakfast was great with lots of options (always a good fruit salad!), and the smart TV was very much appreciated after our 5 day trek. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are lovely.
Our only issue was that the hot water went a few times and didn't come back on until the following day despite the staff attempting to fix it.
