Rooftop was a big bonus, we were four families and had great time on the roof playing cards when the thunderstorm was happening…breakfast was great!

When we booked this, we were not entirely sure what the quality would be like, but it surpassed our expectations. Hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with a variety of issues such as ordering cars allowing my father to wait in the lobby due to his bad back. They could not have been more helpful. It's also extremely reasonable for the value.

The rooms are clean, very spacious. Breakfast is pretty good. They have a terrace overlooking the city, very beautiful!

Staff and breakfast were the standout highlights, and the location was solid, too.
The only downside was the room key setup. Instead of keycards, they use traditional keys and ask you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you go out. I understand the reason, since it helps prevent lost keys, but it can be a bit awkward when coming back late. There is someone at the front 24/7, but if I came back around 2 or 3 a.m., I sometimes felt bad waking them up. Also, the Wifi was frustratingly bad.
They were very thoughtful and often asked if I had an early tour or trip so they could be prepared, which was appreciated. But as a solo traveler who likes making spontaneous plans and staying out late, the setup felt a little cumbersome at times, almost more like a well-run Airbnb than a traditional hotel.
That said, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was fresh and excellent, and I think this would be a great place for a family stay.
Full context, I had the smallest / cheapest room, so no comments on the room itself."

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Room was clean, beautiful, with comfortable bed. There is a beautiful terrace to chill at night. Breakfast was really good too.
