Beautiful well located house

A large and beautiful house of the time, correct attention and service, the rooms look old, although not battered, you could arrange the decoration without losing style, the furniture are old in their common areas, has a lovely central courtyard, breakfast is fine, has some variety, and also if you leave early hiking give you a good snack/breakfast for the road, the location is very well two blocks from the main square.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows

The hotel is a former hacienda that's over 400 years old, and obviously it doesn't have an elevator even though it has two floors, but when you're carrying suitcases, it's a bit complicated. The beds are somewhat hard, but the pillows are horribly hard. I have never understood why hotels have very hard pillows.

Good experience

The building is beautiful. The rooms have very good mattresses and pillows and although there are radiators, for the “cool” people it is insufficient. The highlight: the magnificent and very helpful staff. Things to improve: the internet, a very bad sign.

The location does not reach

the very old-fashioned rooms, without natural light overlook a Spanish courtyard.Without hot water, we had to claim.Old bedspreads and towels. No shelf in the bathrooms. The wifi arrives with deficiency. There are hairs in bathroom and floor, it seems they use a dirty floor cloth. They had no hand towel for 1 day. They were kind to the claims. Breakfast is basic but correct. They have a hard-to-use domestic coffee machine. It saves the location, if you don't mind other aspects.
