No water? Amazing in a 3*
They have many problems with the water installation and many days when arriving soaked from excursions or in heat I could not shower, or brush my teeth at night! Unbelievable... they don't provide a solution and they also don't seem to put much interest in it when you claim, rather unprofessionalism on the part of the owners

Experience to forget
Terrifying experience in this hotel. The first night we arrived with the travel group, during the check-in phase I put my backpack in the lobby and two people outside the hotel stole it from me, due to the poor security that exists inside and outside the structure.
After two days, they entered my room at 5 am, inserting the key and without even knocking and after the screams of my roommate they left without saying anything.
The next morning we reported the very serious episode at the reception and they treated us with sufficiency and lightness saying that if no one had stolen there was no need to worry! We requested to see the cameras and after many attempts they showed us but without giving us an explanation of what happened and above all without apologizing!!
the discussion went on for a long time and in the end the police had to intervene under threat from the administration who threatened us if we only tried to get out of the facility, we would never see our things again.
Result we left the same afternoon after the police report.
In addition, two of my companions received calls in the middle of the night claiming there was a water leakage damaging sleep after exhausting days.
It was the worst experience of my life, where unsafety and disrespect for the customer are the masters.

One of the worst esperience in my life
First of all one backpack has been stolen in the hall during the check-in, some rooms had no hot water or had some problems with water pressure, in spite of our kindly report the staff didn’t do anything about that and they made fun of us. Someone at 5am opened my room with keys while i was sleeping with my room mate probabily with the intent of stoling money or i don’t know. When i spoke about that with the staff they said to me that it’s wasn’t their priority and that I was fulsome and liar despite the evidence of the cameras. After this they call the police and they accuse us of beating them, and offending the two receptionists. Fortunatly the local agency and the police realized that we were right and they immediatly changed the hotel!!!!
Prima di tutto,appena arrivati in hotel viene rubato uno zaino di una mia compagna di viaggio nella hall durante le operazioni di check-in; alcuni partecipanti avevano problemi con l’acqua calda oppure chi aveva l’acqua calda non aveva una pressione sufficiente tale da potersi fare una doccia, e nonostante le nostre segnalazioni nessuno ha fatto nulla a riguardo,né cambiare le stanze né verificare in nostra presenza. Rumori notturni di vario genere,dai trapani agli schiamazzi e/o musica fino ad arrivare a chiamate nel pieno della notte da parte della reception per una fantomatica perdita di acqua…neanche stesse prendendo fuoco l’hotel! Fatto poi gravissimo successo a me, la terza notte di soggiorno alle 5 del mattino qualcuno è entrato in camera mia con le chiavi perché ero chiusa dall’interno probabilmente con l’intenzione di rubare dei soldi. Quando ho raccontato il fatto alla reception mi hanno riso in faccia dicendomi che tanto non era una loro priorità e che poi non dovevo preoccuparmi visto che alla fine non mi avevano rubato nulla avendolo messo in fuga con un urlo. Non contenti questi tizi chiamano pure la polizia accusandoci di offese, disturbo della quiete e di averle picchiate…per fortuna sia la polizia che l’agenzia locale hanno capito la situazione che eravamo in mano a dei pazzi da legare e ci hanno prontamente cambiato hotel il giorno stesso!
