Excellent service - Very attentive

They recommended the place to me when I was in another location, in 2018. I visited it and the Administrator (Mrs. Pilar) helped me with everything I needed. It was my first visit to Cusco; The information and help you gave me was very valuable. He also helped me with the reservation of the tours (Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and the South Valley), which I enjoyed without any inconvenience.
I stayed again in 2021 at its current location, again having a great experience. This time, Mrs. Pilar helped me visit the Siente Colores mountain, Machu Picchu and the South Valley
In 2022 I invited my parents to Cusco for their anniversary and I did not hesitate to recommend the place to them. Once again, the attention and support was first class, they even prepared a surprise for them, with which they were delighted. The place is clean, pleasant, tidy, the service is very good and it also has breakfast. I consider that the quality-price ratio is very positive (100% recommended)

'OK' hostel

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room and bathroom was ok. May be that's how it is in hostel. This is the 1st time we stayed in hostel. To get a hot water in the bathroom, you have to have the water run for about 5 minutes. Didn't like the breakfast, feels like cheese and crackers were wrapped up in the plate for 2 days. (It may be not for 2 days but didn't feel fresh). Best part was sound of river behind the hostel and it is 5 minute walking to train station. It is about 8 minutes by tuk-tuk to main center which is so beautiful to walk around in the evening.

Great hostel, warm rooms

This is a great little hostel, the rooms are clean and reasonably priced. A great perk is that the hostel is also considerably warmer than most we found in Cusco, we spent a great few days there and the staff are really helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hostel. The location is very convenient and it is a nice quiet place to stay.

Almost homestay. Very nice!

This a very good option for those who don't need to be in the centre of all action. 10min walk from the plaza de armas, this small hostal is very good. We've stayed in a double room with private bathroom, windowless but, on the other hand, super cosy and not cold at all!!! Breakfast Included. Friendly and helpful owner, Pilar, was always super kind with us.
The most annoying thing was the water pressure or, the lack of it!!!! We've stayed on the ground floor and water pressure was almost none!!! That's the downside of the place. Check it out first!
Anyways, recommend it anytime!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great value for money

We stayed at Wayras for most of our time in Cusco. The room and bathroom are very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a huge issue with our agency for our trip to Machu Picchu and the staff at Wayras arranged everything for us. To be honest: without the staff at the hotel we probably would have missed the shuttle bus to Machu Picchu! The location is also perfect: close to Plaza de Almas and in a pretty quiet street. There is usually hot water provided (tip: go take a shower in the afternoon if you can!) but usually there is also hot water in the morning. We didn't take breakfast, so we can't say how that is.
The value is just amazing: we paid 50 soles for a good room with bathroom and shower ensuite. I don't think there is anything like this in such a great location!
All in all: we would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this guesthouse enough!
