Good location, clean, friendly staff, the only problem is the room was super small, it barely fit the queen bed, the washroom is terribly tiny, the toilet is tucked in a tight corner between the wall and the sink counter, a person has to be super thin to be able to sit on it.

The San Agustin Exclusive Hotel is a decent option if you're looking for a place to stay in Lima. The hotel itself is older but is in pretty good condition. It gives an air of a hotel that was the place to be back in its hey dey. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and had us situated in our room expeditiously. We loved that they had the sham

Good location of the hotel near everything.
Excellent service at the casino and security staff, very kind and helpful. Good room layout.
Special thanks to Frank and Rodrigo at the front desk. Gino and Conny in the dining room are charmingly kind.

Had an awesome experience. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Best price with excellent, tasty and delicious food. Konnie and Gino were our waiters. Friendly and very detailed and patient. We were a group of 16. My hat off to the cooks.
