Experience of hotel
The building itself and the room decoration are just amazing ! The personnel is really kind and always available. When arriving we really had the feeling to be waited ! Great experience overall absolutely loved it.

Worse hotel that I have ever stayed at
this has to be the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room doors were left open and my room was full of bird poop and bird feathers and there was SO much mold that I woke up with a cough... The hotel does not have an elevator and had to drag my bags up by myself three floors, the front desk did not speak English, luckily I had someone there to translate, they did not have record of my payment (thankfully i did!) and when I tried to cancel the second night, they refused to refund me. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Room with mushroom.
Facilities/room are NOT good. The smell of mushroom and moisture was also visible in the curtain and tapestry of the flat. The room has no lamp on the bedside table so if you want some light you have to turn on the strong ceiling light. They also do not have an elevator or at least I did not see it, so it is an inconvenience to put bags or for people with mobility limitations. The price is high for what this hotel offers.

Lousy Hotel
The room was very small the bed supposed to be Queen but seem to be double the Internet is terrible doesn’t work most of the time and when you ask the receptionist they said you need to go out of the room and search for connection, very noise they give us a room that with windows to the Avenue was extremely noise we couldnt rest properly we were for business purposes we have to wake up early and no enough sleep was not good , they give you a paper where you can chose the breakfast you want mark your preferences and the time , on this 3 days never arrive on time and the worst part when arrive was extremely cold.I’m not happy with this hotel the location is ok the employees very friendly but the owner need to reconsider the prices for the service they don’t provide you paid for something that you don’t get

They will steal your money
I am waiting for a police. They played a game not to pay booking.com and not pay tax so they didnt want to give me a receipt or invoice. And they dont want to give my money back. Very messed up place and noises .

We are sorry about the misunderstanding in our Hotel. About your complain, first of all remember that you made a reservation for some days in our place and in your booking confirmation you could read that there’s no refund if you checks-out before the date of your reservation because it’s part of our cancellation policies so that’s something that every traveler know and every of them understand. So this traveler was very ofended because we didnt want to refund his money, and started to yell in our hotel accusing us of thieves and offending our recepcionist which is not acceptable in any place. To conclude we decided to turn the page and give his money back. We are all travelers too and we must inform ourselves before traveling and reserve a place, we must be responsible in our decisions and consequences and never intimidate the staff. We can have different opinions yes, but we never disrespect anyone.
