The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the Neisse River. There was a spacious wardrobe, but for a longer stay like ours, we would have preferred not only the option to hang clothes but also shelves.
We found the solution with the "wish list" for room service great: Write your wish on the note and stick it to the mirror in the bathroom. Since everything was very dusty upon arrival, we requested special cleaning, which was promptly taken care of.
The amenities with fly screens and blackout curtains were excellent.
It would be nice if, for example, the website would mention that federal police officers regularly stay at the hotel. If the room is on the Neisse side, that is, above the entrance, you can hear the car doors of the vans at all possible times, even at night. Sleeping with the window open affects sleep. Additionally, there is only the option to smoke at the entrance, and the smoke naturally drifts into the rooms on the lower floors. We "stayed" on the 4th floor and fortunately did not notice any of that.
The garden behind the hotel was unfortunately very overgrown. There is an urgent need for action here.
Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed regarding the restaurant. Since I am severely disabled, I wanted to avoid dining out and had specifically chosen a hotel with an in-house restaurant. However, it was not noted anywhere that a daily visit is not possible. We were able to book a table for 2 days, but we were not informed about the buffet price beforehand. The food itself and the service were absolutely top-notch. I counted 13 types of rolls one morning! The service staff was very nice, and they always made sure to refill everything.
My husband also used the sauna and was very satisfied.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would come back again.

A reliable choice.
Indeed, the style is old-fashioned, but we were very well received. The breakfast was very good with some local products. The city center is just a few steps from the hotel. It’s not luxury, but it’s perfectly suitable for a stay of a few nights.
