Perfectly acceptable but very quirky with very iffy wifi

The rooms in the new block were clean. Strange soft mattress but comfy enough. The swimming pool restaurant is mosquito central by night so make sure you have repellant and sit at a table under a fan. The staff have to be summoned if you want to order, perish the thought that they might come and ask someone sitting expectantly at a table! They were friendly though. Food I thought was good. Nkoyi beers were cold and good - at 5 bucks a pop they should be.
Wifi works on and off, and you constantly have to re-enter the login. If you so much as move wifi is gone. I never managed to access it the indoor restaurant - very annoying. Can't understand why Wifi can't be hotel and adjacent sports facility wide instead of constantly entering passwords and standing on one leg under a palm tree.

Deplorable.

Expensive, they charge rooms at unagreed prices, the service at La Paillote restaurant is domestic, if you are sitting at a table, you can spend 20 minutes until they come to ask you if you want to drink something. It is true that it is beautiful because it preserves green spaces and a huge swimming pool, but if we talk about service, honestly, do not even think about it.

dirty and old

we were first brought into an old bungalow, very dirty and old. there was hair on the floor and humidity stains on the wall. unacceptable to rent this place out. we asked for another room and we were brought to a more modern building, which was already a bit cleaner but not worth the price. the breakfast was disappointing, the fruits were old and the service very slow.
i would not recommend this place
the only good thing about the hotel is the nature .

Good location, long fresh air area, warm staff, medium level services

I went there on a professional trip.
It is very central. Since we had commitments around, it worked great.
There are old and new buildings.
We took rooms at a new building. Very comfortable and clean, no issues on that.
The staff is warm.
The swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the largest I saw in DRC. The trampoline is an attraction apart.
Considering the prices and the guest's profile, the services are to improving.
An excellent basketball court also appears on the hotel website, but when I asked for a ball, the staff answered: "There isn't one. If you would like to play, you must buy one...."
The wi-fi internet connection is also a little bit bad, asking for authentications and after service, my room card did not work anymore.
