You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to the structure of the building, the Old Mill Hotel does not have a elevator. Wheelchair access is only available in the Rolling Mill restaurant. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved. For advance purchase reservations, the credit card used for the reservation needs to be shown upon arrival. If this is not possible, a third party authorization form, copy of ID and copy of the credit card needs to be sent to the property prior to arrival. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
