The gym is open to both internal and external customers but a time slot needs to be booked. Guide dogs should continue to be allowed throughout the property and remain exempt from any charges. • Pets (Cats and dogs) are permitted in Standard Rooms only (Higher category rooms do not accommodate pets) • A £ 40 per pet per day per room applies. • A £100 pre-authorisation is required on arrival to cover any potential damages. • No additional cleaning charges will be applied. • A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed. • No size restrictions – dogs of all sizes are welcome. • Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms. • Cats are only accepted if kept in a secure cage. • Pets are permitted in lifts. • Pets are not allowed in the dining areas (Restaurant / Coffee shop or bar areas under any circumstances) For guests booking on BB or DBB packages with pets, room service and outdoor dining options should be offered as alternatives.
