In a great location with friendly staff. I booked a large studio and requested a lower floor, and although I got the low floor, I got a tiny studio. We arrived early and they let us check in so I saw the tiny studio as a trade off for early check in.

Microscopic room in a good location

This is a great location, just steps from the British Library, many restaurants, and even a couple of supermarkets. Cartwright Gardens is an architecturally interesting crescent. Unfortunately, what must once have been a row of dramatic houses has been carved up into tiny tiny bed-sits with corridors so narrow that you have to turn sideways to get down them. My room was nicely equipped with two refrigerators, a sink, cook-top, microwave, and a selection of pans. There is storage to unpack into — which one has to do, because there is nowhere to leave a suitcase open. There are two chairs folded up in the wardrobe: one can unfold them to sit on them, but then there is nowhere to stand. The bed is accessible from only one side, so if two people were to use it, the person next to the wall would have to climb over the other to get out.
Also be aware that there are 5 floors (3 up and 1 down from the entrance), and no lift.
I would not stay here again. I might recommend it to an athletic young couple with little luggage.

We rented the standard studio with balcony and the first impression was how small it was. But it had everything, it was like a small flat, cooker, hob, oven , fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dining set, kitchen roll washing g up liquid etc. Everything you needed and more. The room could do with a bit of TLC, the shower was broken but it still did the job and the bed was comfy. Had to climb over the bed to open the balcony window. The best thing was been able to cook a breakfast instead of hoing out, which saved money. Plus the area is quiet and is right next to Kings Cross. Also a nice back communal garden to sit out in.

Really good location for central London - walking distance to Kings Cross and Euston stations. The studios are small, but have everything you need for 2 people including shower gel and tea and coffee

It was my birthday and they kept trying to let us leave. not a very good experience, needless to say.
