Very good 4 stars, modern, clean, good location for car travellers

Fresh and modern, the hotel is less than 10 years old and still looks new. It is conveniently located if you come by car, right by the river side, south entrance to the city, you are 2kms away to the centre/ old town, 3.5kms to the Tugendthat villa.
The lobby is modern, huge and open, the receptionist was super friendly, young team. I didn't get an immediate recognition of my status, but after a few words they upgraded me to a nice superior room, city facing, and invited me to wait for it to be cleaned by offering me a coffee on the house. Super customer mindset!
The hotel has a good gym on the top floor, and a large underground garage.
However it has only 2 lifts, and considering the 16 floors it can be sometime a hassle to wait for a lift.
My room was about 24sqm with a large bathroom, but only with a shower. It was equipped with an espresso coffee machine, and water is available from the dispensers (filtered) in the hallway.
The room was super quiet, the hotel is well soundproofed. The bed was comfy so where the sheets Breakfast was good, coffee wasn't bad, staff is professional.
If you are a runner, there are incredible running path on the river banks right under the hotel.
This is the perfect business hotel, easily reachable by car, right on the edge of the center. The center is a hassle to get in and out of it by car. It is as well perfect for tourism if you coke by car, it's proximity to the city center makes it comfortable, even if you have to walk 2 to 3kms or hop on a taxi for 10e.

Modern business hotel, great staff, comfortable room, good and varied breakfast

The hotel is located near the city center, but not right in the heart of it. It’s situated in an area with office buildings, close to a fairly busy road and a railroad track, but neither of these bothered me. At the same time, a river flows nearby with a newly built promenade, which really enhances the surroundings. The hotel itself is decorated in a modern, elegant style. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, mainly on Google. From the moment I walked into the hotel, all the staff treated me impeccably—they were very kind and accommodating and did their best to make my stay enjoyable. I booked my one-night stay using my Marriott Bonvoy points. I’m just a Silver Elite member—nothing special—yet they chose me as the “guest of the day,” upgraded my room, offered free breakfast, free parking (which I didn’t use), and a drink or dessert at the bar. I also got to spin the wheel of fortune, received a welcome drink, and was offered some appetizers. The room itself was nice, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view from the 12th floor. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the quality of the food fully met the standards of a high-quality hotel. The station where guests can have an omelet prepared to their preferences is, in my opinion, above standard for this category of hotel in the Czech Republic. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I’d love to return.

Another super stay

We visiting this hotel for couple of years. We even visit this weekend and also the weekend before. Very nice views and beautifull studios. All the rooms are nice. They serve very good and tasty food. I would like to give extra thumbs up for the breakfast staff esspecially Mr. Seng and thank you also goes to Mr. Rotter from front desk who always help us to manage our stay.. We will definitelly vome back soon.

This was a nice new hotel to stay in Brno! Good location in Brno- I'm glad I was able to meet with my relatives on the outside terrace area of the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was good along with the new rooms & hotel building. Excellent service from hotel staff! The only negative item was that the hot water ring in the shower unit of my room wasn't able to generate much hot water in the shower.

Clean and functional. The aircondition is not cooling good, so if you come in the summer, be prepared to be hot.
