A confirmation
I refer you to my reviews before the pandemic. Nothing to complain about: excellent value for money. Large room and adequate bathroom. Quiet area, especially the rooms overlooking the internal courtyard, where you can park your car for free. Sufficient cleaning. Abundant and satisfying breakfast. We didn't have time to use the restaurant. There is no elevator. Friendly staff.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay.
The location was very noisy due to the nearby road, and the furniture in the room was old and outdated.
It was also extremely hot in the room. There was no air conditioning and not even a fan available. The windows did not have mosquito screens either, which meant that we were bitten by mosquitoes during the night.
We were also forced to pay an additional €10 for arriving approximately one hour later than expected. There had been several accidents on the road, which caused an unexpected delay. Instead of simply leaving the keys at reception, which would have been a reasonable solution, the owner insisted on charging us for the delay. We therefore had no choice but to pay. We have submitted a complaint to Booking.com regarding this matter.
The breakfast was also very poor. The eggs and sausages were served cold, and the only other options were bread, cheese, and sliced sausage. Overall, we cannot consider the breakfast adequate. The food even seemed as though some of it might have been left over from the previous day.

Isora Hotel
Unfortunately, during this time of the month, due to many events, all the hotels in the area were fully booked; my company found Isora as the only alternative, especially since we were six people. Upon entering, there was no one to welcome us, the rooms were dated and not even clean (using air fresheners to mask other odors is also a no). On the bed, they do not have a mattress cover but two sheets placed one on top of the other; better not to look underneath. A bedspread that had a not-so-clean odor; in fact, I slept in long pajamas with the windows always open and without a blanket. This also applies to my colleagues' rooms. For one week, the towels were never changed; those who placed them on the floor picked them up and hung them back up, never changed, and the bed is not even worth mentioning. Regarding breakfast, aside from the retro local, the tablecloths where things were placed had stains from months, if not years, very dirty, and for what breakfast offers, practically nothing, not the best, especially with the flies and other issues. Breakfast could be acceptable; I can understand the dated local, but at least cleanliness is essential. Perhaps a few years ago it was not like this, very shabby; it is fine if you are just passing through for one night, but not for more. However, the bathroom is nice and clean, newly renovated, and very spacious. For work, I travel a lot, and I have been to many hotels and more; perhaps many years ago, they were definitely not like this, but over the years, since it is a three-star, a minimum of updates is necessary; more than anything, it is about the cleanliness of where one sleeps or washes; if breakfast is not enjoyable, one can eat outside. In Ostrava, there are other places; even if equipped, they offer a little more. The location is good for those who work, and if one goes to the center, you are there in five minutes. If they improved the cleanliness of the beds and provided a few more towels, considering the place, it would be fine.

Charged for nothing
Booked a room for family on the way back home. We informed the hotel about coming late at midnight, we were left outside because checking in ended at 22:00. In addition, we were still charged for staying.

Good place to stay one night
Good place to staty one night passing the city. There is free parking lot in area, staff is friendly and speaks English. Room was basic, internet did not work in room properly. Breakfast is for €3, basic, do not expect much. Overall, place is not bad. Here you can travel trow time and feel 20 years ago.
