Prague

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel/guest house everything perfect. The clean room is in perfect condition, total privacy you do not feel anything, to go downtown on foot it takes you 20 min maximum otherwise 2 min there are the various tram bus transport services metro station.
Top quality prices.

You would not be able to pay me to stay here again.

1. Bathroom Ventilator was broken the entire time. Apparently no staff able to fix this within 5 days (of which 3 days were business days!)
2. Light in bathroom was not fixed until day 5 of a 7 day stay. The reception literally made me try to fix the bathroom light!
3. Rude cleaning staff.
4. Useless management organising all the different people to try fix the above mentioned points - got nowhere.
5. Small point but the decor was weird i.e., in room 41 where we stayed, it stated the days trapped in this room. Weird when we stayed there, but then it was a clear foreshadowing of what was to come.

Clean and spacious

It was super clean and easy to find. Angelica was very helpful (the receptionist girl). We stayed with our 7 months daughter so if you want an extra bed, you should note it before your visit. Note that, You should inform the reception before arrival as you may not find anyone to check in. Btw. LIDL and tram is 5 mins walk.

Improved

Nice and clean structure in a non-central but very convenient area.
We are not there with simply non-existent services.
There is no stand, no dispenser for a bottle of water, no luggage storage, no furniture even to hang a towel in the bathroom or place a suitcase on, in short, we're not there at all.
It's a shame because it would be very nice for 4 or 5 stars with very little effort.

Bright, fresh and clean rooms

We chose this property for its location nearby the main station, literally a 5 minute walk. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. There is also a supermarket nearby. The property had good communication before arrival and the reception staff were welcoming and efficient in arrival. The room was lovely and clean, bright and airy. Nice new bathroom, towels provided and a good hairdryer, a must for long hair. Also there was a kettle in the room and a small fridge which was perfect for us as we like a tea in the morning and somewhere to store bits and pieces for our picnics. A great little find.
