Prague was a wonderful destination—beautiful architecture, great atmosphere, and plenty to see and do. My only suggestion would be to offer an airport shuttle or transportation assistance, as getting from the airport can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

Hotel Avion

Check in was smooth and very pleasant
Rooms small but clean
Walls very thin, could listen conversation in the room next to us
Tv is located by your headboard so is very hard to watch from your bed
Bathroom clean, basic toiletries and decent towels
Bed was comfortable
We did not get housekeeping service
We was out till 4pm and had no clean towels or made beds
We had to ask for clean towels and put our used one on the hallway
For me this is not acceptable
We enjoy dinner and few refreshments in the restaurant located directly in hotel
Pleasant service and food was delicious
Also breakfast what was included was very good and service was exelent
Front desk receptionist was also very pleasant, helpful and professional
Will we come back?
Yes
Overal we had good experience (little disappointment with housekeeping)
This hotel is walking distance to subway and busses to old Prague and the airport

The hotel was clean and the woman working at the desk was quite helpful. It was very hot in the room but they gave us a fan and I asked for ice which they gave us as well. There room lacked outlets for plugging things in, there was only 2 but besides that not a bad stay

I liked just about everything but the bed was too firm and lack of air conditioning in my room (which had a window which would be easily accessible meaning I did not want to open it fully) made for a rather uncomfortable night.
Would have been 5 stars if not for that

The room was so small that the bed barely fit in it. The bathroom was about as big as a bathroom in an airplane about 20 minutes after I checked in, I decided I could not stay there. There was no refrigerator. There was nothing in the room our air-conditioning. The window didn’t open so when I went to check out, they refuse to give me a refund and then threw my receipt at me and told me to get the f out that’s how mature they were when they asked me why I didn’t want to stay and I told him all the same reasons that I put at the beginning of this comment don’t ever stay there the place is crap
