Recommended hotel.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms.
Great location near the metro, bus, and train stops.
The old town can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
Minimarket in front of the hotel.
Breakfast at 12 euros per adult, rich in both sweet and savory options.
Recommended.

I hate this hotel!!!

To begin with, the hotel receptionist treated us very badly from the moment we arrived. First, she gave us disapproving looks because I'm Italian and reside in Brazil. Then she said we were only entitled to one breakfast and only for one person in the room. If you look at the hotel's website, when you book, you select the breakfast option. Below that, there are additional services; in my opinion, if you've already selected the option with breakfast, it means it's included every night, not that I have to add all the breakfasts myself. I felt cheated and very badly treated. the location is great, but the employees are terrible!!!!

Clean and quiet hotel

Nice clean hotel with rooms large enough and warm (all too much I would say)
The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the breakfast a little minimal
Ex: (lack of lactose-free milk now a must in our time)
Asked for nuts and jams finished in the exhibition, the answer:
We don't have any!
Otherwise ok

You can stay on the street at night

You do not have independent access or entry system if staff are not on call at the entrance. One night, when we wanted to enter at 11pm, we waited 15 minutes in the street until a friend who was in the room came down to open us. We couldn't access the hotel. The doors were locked. We called the phone and no answer. We could only see that in the reception there was no one and there was a sign that said “I’ll be back in 5 minutes”. Clearly it was more. When we entered, the person on duty came and unapologetically, before our complaint, told us that if we expected a person to be sitting there all night. He was rude and invalidated our situation. He had an arrogant attitude. What we hope is that in a 3-star hotel the staff does not have this response and attitude and that the hotel has an access system other than a person opens the door. It's not normal and we've never seen anything like it before.

Clean, great location, accomodating staff

The place was always clean and the staff very accomodating.
The mini fridge is a plus, while our triple room had everything we needed, including two coffee tables.
The location of the hotel is great with a metro station, tram stop and bus station very close. There is a Billa supermarket round the corner as well.
One warning about rate of conversion: you'll pay in Czech króna on the day of arrival, so no matter what you settle for on the day you book, you might be charged more depending on the conversion rate the hotel sticks with during the month of your visit.
For pushchair users/people with mobility issues - the building has a lift, however there are three steps at the reception entrance.
Take some coffee/tea with you because despite booking a triple room, every day throughout our stay (5 nights), we were only provided with 2 teabags or 2 coffees and 2 mugs... no matter how many times we drew their attention to the fact that we were three guests.
