If I could give this hotel 10/10 I would. Firstly this was excellent value for money and the location was great near the underground and tram stop, even a 20 minute walk from the train station. Secondly the staff were lovely and it’s very safe as well. The room was huge and had little details which was good coffee and tea, chairs, bedding, towels … can’t fault it and would recommend anyone to stay here - should I return I will be staying here

Fantastic little hideaway not far for everything you could need

Lovely comfy bed and good size rooms. Breakfast was well stocked with key basics and was not too busy one day I had the breakfast room all to myself..see photo..Friendly staff, with hotel nicely out of the way but short walk to tram stop and you can be in the city centre in 10mins by tram.

An very good hotel for a mid-life couple exploring Prague

We had a really good stay: a big well furnished room, clean environment and room, comfortable bed and pillows, a good selection for breakfast, all staff had a smile. The location is good - a tram stop around the corner is a few stops to the Old Town. The area around the hotel is also very pleasant and we stayed local in the evenings after the days tourism miles (we enjoyed the restaurants Leggero and Kravins, and had great friendly drinks service at the Bernard Pub and Reset Bar). It all made for a very enjoyable wedding anniversary trip.

Too far from the centre

Already when you arrive in the evening after 8pm it is a galley you have a key box you have a card inside but you do not have the room number because the reception we have not communicated it before therefore plan to have an international package to call the reception fine when gives you another room. Then the hotel is too far from the center really after long days walking. The return seems hellish, the breakfast is okay. We had spent four nights there the fourth night when we returned on Sunday evening to the room we were leaving on Monday morning. The bed was simply made. Our cup broke made was not washed. We also had no change of towel and the bathroom was not cleaned despite the fact that there is a lot of water flowing compared to their shower because it is badly finished in construction. Otherwise the staff is friendly but it is not a hotel I will return to that I would advise.

Highly recommended!

We went with my best friend and the experience could not have gone better. To start the check-in it was about 15 pm and they found a room at 11 am, maybe it is for the season of the year, but we loved being able to enter earlier. They also have a locker that we use (for free they have a key) to leave your things and travel with peace of mind both at check in or check out (until 19 they keep it).
On the other hand, in reception the girl is super friendly and the boy who attended us also, if I remember correctly was called Eva or similar, very nice.
Rooms: excellent, very clean, the comfy bed that is what mattered most to my lol, and every day they came to make your bed and clean everything.
Location: excellent, next to the tram stop that left you in 10 min in the center of Prague, and there are many places to eat nearby as Pietro pizza (great ) the q I do not recommend going is to the burger shop in front which was horrible.
The hotel also had for breakfast but we did not include it, however the restaurant was very nice.
Finally, the only but I would put it is that the reception closed at night, from about 9 pm, but good for us was never a problem
Security: 10/10 not only for the location but to enter the hotel, even if it was 5 am everything worked through the card even to catch the elevator
I really give the hotel a 9.5! Great ☺️
