Great Accommodation

Three night stay between Christmas and New Year. We had a triple room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. Very well furnished with big, comfy beds. We received a warm welcome from Peter on arrival and communication throughout was very good. Only a 10 minute walk from Old Town Square so ideally placed. Accommodation is very near a busy road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise at all - double glazed windows worked perfectly. Wifi was speedy and efficient. All in all a great stay.

Not refund

Hi trying to ring the hotel no answer. Sent 11 mails noone coming back to me for months. Is very annoying that they wouldn't even talk to you.When will we get refund as we can not travel to Prague and hotels are closed anyways....

Very nice stay

This was a lovely room, breakfast served to your room was good. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. The location is good but near railway lines so it was noisy our first night, but quitened down over the weekend.

Nice place but in shabby area

We were not sure what to expect of this hotel. It seemed pretty luxurious on the pictures but when we arrived we almost immediately thought it was a scam. The area was quite shabby and eventhough it was just a few streets away from the city centre, it straight away felt more unsafe. When we rang the doorbell nobody opened the door. We had to call several times before someone came down to open for us. The woman said that the electricity didn´t work and therefore the bell didn´t work either. Fair enough. However, the elevator also didn´t work and we had to walk three floors up with our suitcases,which was a bit of a bummer. The building looked completely abandoned, like an empty warehouse, which was a bit odd and put us a bit off. Anyways, the receptionist was very friendly and when we reached the 3rd floor we entered in a different part of the building with a name tag on the door ´Slabur Residence¨. Here it looked cozier and more guesthouse like. The room was quite big! We reserved the 3-person room for us two and this was quite big and looked pretty new, fresh and clean. The only thing that we felt a bit uncomfortable with is that our room door didn´t completely close off. Obviously it was an old building with a lot of things made out of wood but we would have felt more comfortable if we could've closed the doors completely without any peaking holes. Also it was quite an intimate guesthouse and our room was right next to reception, which made us feel like we couldn't talk loud or make noises. Also when we looked outside the window at night, we had a view of a car garage with a few homeless people sleeping underneath it. We could've thought of a better view.. Either way, the room itself was great though and everything well taken care off. In the morning we were brought breakfast in bed, which was lovely and the persons working there were also quite welcoming and nice.

Unpolite room manager/Bad location

Breakfast is served in the rooms. And we didn’t know that. There should be clear information about this on Booking.com. Anyway, the day before, I said I couldn't eat ham. However the next day they prepared omelette with ham. When I told the staff to change it, they said it should be mentioned earlier. I said her I already mentioned it. She didn't want to change fhe breakfast.
When I insisted, she did a new one. Then she came back the new one. But she was very angry and not friendly. You can’t find anyone at the reception. Staff extremely rude and unconcerned. Disliked than breakfast and staff was bad location. The building is located across from a major overpass road. Too near overpass and lots of drunk vagrants in the local area, especially in the park near railway station at the end of building block. We had a view on the road and big viaduct were homeless were sleeping. I will never come back to these apartments.
