Nice Setup and well connected with Metro Station.
Breakfast available if paid in advance while booking Apartment.
Double Bed Available
A Small Kitchen with Gas and Utensils for Cooking also available.
Nice, Clean Location
Only Disadvantage is Owner doesn't allow late night coming after 8/9 PM.

Well worth the money
My boyfriend and I stayed 7 nights in the double room with a private bathroom. On arrival, the place is difficult to spot as it is just in a normal apartment block - I recommend looking it up on street view first! The apartment is 4 flights up and there's no elevator so be prepared to carry the suitcases up, although this wasn't really a problem.
While our host couldn't speak English, she was very helpful and able to convey what she meant through body language. Our room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need, including a fridge and kettle. The fridge does tend to make some odd sounds during the night, as I think it's quite old, which was a bit disconcerting at first. There was no safe in the room, which may be a problem for some but didn't bother us too much. The bed is very comfortable, the cupboards provided are huge and the furnishings overall are good - mostly ikea!
This room is part of an apartment owned by the host's family, and they rent out other rooms next to yours during the week. Because it is their home, expect to hear them every now and then, especially the kids. This was fine for us as we were out most of the day and didn't hear them at all in the evening. It did feel a little awkward using the shared kitchen as it felt like we were intruding!
The facilities were brilliant - the double room has two small washrooms attached, one with a toilet, mirror and sink, and one with a shower. Both are very clean and modern, well above what you'd expect for the price! I would definitely recommend paying the small amount more for the private bathroom if you're staying more than a night, as it means you don't have to walk through the apartment after showering when the owners are around.
Overall, this was a very good apartment room. Very clean, very comfortable and incredible for the price - perfect for us on a student budget! We only ended up paying around £170 for the week! It is NOT a hotel as such, so don't expect things like room service to be provided. It is in an amazing location - a 5 minute walk away is the TV tower, hundreds of brilliant restaurants (try Bad Jeff's Barbeque - the food and service is fab and it only took us 10 minutes to walk there on our first night) and a gorgeous park with views over the city. The nearest metro station is only a 5 minute walk away, with the Old Town Square only 4 stops down.
Staying in this neighborhood was great, as it meant avoiding all the noise and high prices of the tourist areas, and yet only being 15 minutes away from everything you'd want to see. The lady in the store in the tram station is also very helpful if you need to buy tickets for the metro or get change - the latter being something many other stores can be quite difficult about.
So, a great price, a lovely room with brilliant facilities, and in an equally good location. There are a few things to be aware of, like the lack of elevator and the host being unable to speak English, however I would definitely still recommend this room. If you're on a budget but wanting to experience the best tourist areas of Prague, then this is the place for you.

Comfortable apartment
We stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights. The room is quite big. It was clean and comfortable. We have a private toilet and bathroom which were nice and clean. Also there were a kettle, table with 2 chairs, a fridge, closet and a TV. It is well equipped and we were enjoyed to live in there.
However, it is quite far to walk to the city centre I think. So we walk to the nearby metro station to take the metro to the city centre. It just take few stations to get there which is around 12 minutes.
The owners speak limited English so we didn't ask many question. After all , we don't even know there is a kitchen and laundry machine for us to use. I knew it after I ended the trip and read the reviews here. But the room is comfortable and everything was good so we didn't care about that much.
Overall I think it is a nice apartment to spend a few nights in Prague.

Clean, cheap, comfortable
Me and my girlfriend stayed 3 nights in the large double room with en suite bathroom, the room was very clean, in a quiet neighbourhood with local pibs and shops.
The bathroom was very nice, with a hot shower better than some hotels and the kitchen is shared between all the flats and the owner; but we never ran into issues there.
The whole apartment is basically the owners home, they live one side of the kitchen whilst the paid for apartments are on the other by the shared bathroom.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is easily walkable from the city centre & up 2 flights of stairs (no lift).
points to note:
The woman owner upon arrival spoke no english, athough we managed to easily work out what was meant through body language.
After using up our 1 loo roll, we we'rent given a second which we found a tad frugal.
The bathroom was very nice, with a hot shower better than some hotels and the kitchen is shared between all the flats and the owner; but we never ran into issues there.

Comfortable stay in Prague
We had a comfortable stay here in a large double room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the busy tourist district with a good selection of restaurants nearby and close to public transport options. Irina, our hostess was friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom was clean and close to the room. The room had a kettle and we had full access to the kitchen when needed. Free wifi was great! The only item missing from the room is a mirror which is available in the shared bathroom
