The hotel has a very cool and distinctive interior, and the reception staff were friendly. The location is decent, and the breakfast was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the room really brought down the overall impression.
Despite being a 4-star hotel, we experienced several shortcomings. The bathtub was so small that even at 164 cm tall, I didn't have enough space to comfortably take a bath, and the shower had very poor water pressure. There were also no glasses in the minibar, very limited toiletries, and only two small bottles of conditioner for two people staying for three days. There was also no shoehorn in the room, which would have been a small but useful addition.
The Wi-Fi password was only available at reception and was not provided in the room. We also came back to find that our bed had been made without us being informed that housekeeping had entered the room. We found this uncomfortable.
The room was on the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator. A major downside. In the evening, the entrance door is locked, so you have to ring the bell to get inside. This is quite annoying when you come back late and just want to go to bed.
For around 1,300 NOK per night, we expected more from a 4-star hotel. I really love the hotel's style and unique atmosphere, but the room and the many small practical shortcomings unfortunately brought the experience down considerably.
Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and uniquely attractive. The hotel is very conveniently located in an attractive area near the Charles Bridge. Although not all of the front desk clerks were friendly or helpful, the breakfast staff were great and the breakfast itself was excellent.

Great hotel. Very clean and looked just like the pictures on Expedia:-) you don't always get that. Unfortunately there were some equipment issues: the elevator was out of commission, which is a minor point, and the Samsung Mini Split HVAC unit in our room also did not work and was throwing an error code indicating issues communicating with the outside unit. Fortunately the weather was comfortable and did not necessitate the use of the unit, but it would have been nice to have it noted prior to check in that that unit and the elevator were both out of service. Perhaps with a small discount. Other than that, we enjoyed our brief time there and would stay again.

I made reservations for 3 nights and was planning on flying from Warsaw to Prague and then fly back to Warsaw to hop my plane back to the US. Unfortunately i had a mild stroke while in Warsaw and was advised to go home immediately. I cancelled my room and this hotel was kind enough to return 2 of the three nights charges. Very kind people. I will be heading back as soon as this bothersome medical issue is taken care of and will be staying here again. I was very upset realizing I couldnt go.
