The nice little hotel

The stay was a nice, silent and quiet. The rooms are divided in standard ones which are smaller and superior ones that cost more but are far bigger and have bigger bathrooms too. They have 3 suites that mach all my expectations. Breakfast is very tasty and the receptioner girl is smiling all the time. recommend this hotel for everyone.

The worse ever. Avoid!

The rooms are in the worse possible state of cleanliness or comfort. All plugs were broken, the fridge wasn't working, nor did the hairdryer, there was no toilet paper in the room and we had to go down two floors to tell the receptionist as the phone in the room was dead as well. The receptionist was not even a receptionist but the night guard. The WC was leaking on the bathroom floor, the shower as well. The room was dirty and smelly. The carpet full of spots, the close impossible to use because of the smell. The Staff totally unprepared, unhelpful, careless. Such a pity as the location would be great. we booked 2 night but we moved in another hotel for the second. It is true that the money for the first night were refunded to us as there was no other better room to offer and the night spent there was a torture. Oh! I almost forgot: the matters was a disgrace.

One of the worst places i have ever stayd in

The staff were not friendly, loud music from the next hotel and resturante.bed smell in the inconvinient room
Breakfast was poor and not tasty
Coffee machine was broken.
The only nice thing in that place is its near the city center (but when you walk there you can find much better hotels)
Do your self a favore-dont go there.there are nicer places in bistriza

Worst place

Worst place ever. You have to wait 2 hours for the food to come. You have to go to the waiters to ask for a menu instead of them coming to you and they are not professional at all. Plus the food haven t come yet

Quiet and central

Quietly located hotel by the river (the only disturbing thing was the traffic to a nearby construction site in the morning); without GPS possibly more difficult to find. Sufficient parking space in front of the house. No lift, you have to carry your luggage up to the floors.
Just about 10 minutes through the park to the small town center with a pedestrian zone and several restaurants.
Room dark furnished, usual size, nice view of the river and park.
Usual sufficient cold and hot buffet breakfast; coffee machine.
Staff only moderately friendly or helpful (no luggage service, no city maps); staff in the breakfast room somewhat lax and occupied with checking their mobiles.
