Location top, amenities flop

The good thing is that the check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. There was an elevator. The location to the train station is unbeatable. It doesn't get better than this. Only a minute's walk to the main train station. But the amenities are lacking. No chair. Very old furniture. Electrical outlets hanging out of the wall. Only one single outlet was usable. The light switch was dirty and lacked a safety cover. No bedside lamp. Not even a picture. Only bare, renovation-needing walls. Clogged shower. It was loud and hot. Since there were no proper curtains available. The sun beats down mercilessly into the room. Below is a terrace where people sit outside late at night and talk loudly. It is more of a 2-star hotel. For one night, it is acceptable. But hardly more than that. It urgently needs renovation.

To be avoided

Budget hotel but convenient only for proximity to Bucharest Central Station. For the rest unkept structure, not clean, with air conditioning not working. Breakfast in my opinion not even enough in consideration of international customers staying there. If you can find something more dignified.

Very Handy for Bucharest Nord Station

A useful hotel to stay in if you're travelling through Bucharest Nord station, as it is a very short walk away. Fair sized rooms with a comfortable bed. Bathroom all good. Room had a TV and fridge.
Only problem I had was a very noisy person in the room next to mine, and a lot of noise and shouting through the night from the area of the reception.
