Fair enough for a short stay

The hotel was okay, fairly clean and the check in was smooth. The location was okay as we booked to attend Coldplay concert. The place was well connected with direct transportation to the old town and half an hour walking to the arena. The room was too small, we could barely move inside. The fridge of the minibar was not working and not cooling at all. For a short stay ot was okay but for 4 days and more I think better choices can be found.

Avoid this hotel!

My friend booked a room in advance, he got the confirmation and the receipt. When they came to the hotel, the staff said there's no room available or booked. Better avoid this hotel so you can't get scamed!

Dear guest,
We regret that a misunderstanding and error of one of our colleagues lead to this situation! We admitted that this was a human error and the least that we could do (refund of the amount), we did it. We apologised to your friends for our mistake and assure you this is an isolated situation, we never had an overbooking before.
We know that cannot change what happened but we assure you that we are taking care of all our guests needs as you can see from the other posted reviews.

It’s basic but good

The hotel is a bit far from Unirii Square, but it’s quite alright if you have got a car. The hotel has parking lots. The staff is amazing, the interior design it’s ok, but there was some dirt in the room on the floor. The breakfast was ok, but there are not many options. The breakfast is quite expensive if you ask me ( 30 Ron/person) and it’s not a big deal. I’d recommend going to the old town to have a real and better breakfast for that amount of money.
The room has minibar ( the prices are ok 4 Ron a bottle of water), TV, AC and the basics hotel stuff ( towels, shampoo, etc ). It doesn’t contain hair blow dryer.
