A hotel where any question is no task!
The most incredible and warm experience this hotel has given us.
We had not yet closed the taxi doors, when manager Nikolai was already beside us, smiling, greeting and offering to load the luggage and go to the reception. And it was this warm atmosphere that surrounded us everywhere during our six-day stay in the hotel. Any question and request was immediately answered with feedback and a decision. What the hotel focuses on is the customer and his need, there is no doubt.
Alice's room and coffee machine, it was a first for us, although we've been to five-star hotels many times. The room is new, modern design, all tasteful, feel the quality of the material. The soundproofing is chic. The room had a beautiful view of the port, sea and city.
We had breakfast and dinner buffet. Again, the first hotel where freshly squeezed juices are included in the rate, not for an additional fee. The view from the Saint-Marin restaurant is also at sea, beautiful. Food is so varied and presented in different restaurant versions: fish, meat, poultry, fruit, desserts all fresh, delicious. He can't find anything to eat here, just lazy. Special thanks to manager Daria, her care and attention are beyond praise.
On the 16th floor (last floor) there is a swimming pool, spa and gym. Pool with beautiful sea views, water temperature is most comfortable. I can't help but note that towels in the pool and spa are unlimited and open access.
And by the way, not once did anyone ask for a review of the hotel, or push for feedback on the hotel. But everywhere in all the services and at all stages, there was an appeal about how your dinner went, how you liked the room, spa and ... For me personally, this is an indicator of the level of service. The review should be heartfelt, and this will only happen if the customer gets anticipation from the hotel. Like in our case. Of course we'll be back and I recommend 100%.

IMHO. Very dignified. Not great. But very, very good.
Decent hotel, at reasonable prices.
+ staff, restaurant, breakfasts, location, lounge area on the 13th floor.
-slightly tired rooms. noise from the pool automation system. (lived on the 13th floor). We're not young people and I got a little stressed by the RASOSHNIKI (the rally was held there). But it is, nagging.
Tip: I think we should pick a corner room on the club floor. Watched 1313 just wonderful view and felt a little quieter.
Whether we go back again, absolutely.

Rest in Pulman
For the fourth year in a row, we went to Pullman-Mercur. Usually we go in early September, this year it turned out in July.
As always excellent - staff (the staff at the reception are very polite, friendly and professional, always helped to solve our problems), breakfasts, swimming pool on the 16th floor.
Hurt my leg on the stairs. Thank you very much to the medical staff (Natalia, Inna, if I remember correctly). Dressings, very good attitude.
Now for the downside:
1. Don't have cocktails at the beach bar. Mojito vaguely resembles the original, and Aperol's syringe generously adds a bon aqua that shouldn't be there. Last year was normal.
2. The beach is compacted, there are clearly not enough umbrellas and tables - they just don't fit. Made a pay-per-view area, which is almost always half empty.
The sunbeds are tight and uncomfortable for me. Putting a sunbed under an umbrella so it's really hard to shade. In my opinion, the beach does not meet level 5* right now.

Beautiful Holidays at the 5 Star Hotel
Come for 5 days in early July! We've been here 4 years in a row, this time it was my DR! The room was booked regular, but complimenting us on upgrading it to "sea view"-- that's great! Breakfasts are a separate theme, we've been to many places, but the Pulman Hotel is the only one that does anything for breakfast, red fish, tuna, champagne, cherries and even chupa chips for the kids! On the DR they gave a delicious cake and a card with good wishes! The pool outside on the first day was cool and at the request of the guests the heating was turned on--it was very comfortable! Cleaning, service--everything's up! If we go to Sochi, it's only to Pullman! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Rest in early April
Relax in the hotel from 1.04 to 5.04, 2 vr + 1 child.
On the plus side:
- nice rooms with beautiful views, everything you need in the room is available. The quality of cleaning is normal if something was missing- the maid reported (our toothpaste ran out - immediately replenished);
rapid settlement. We arrived two hours early, checked in immediately, the room was ready. Friendly staff at reception;
- excellent location - everything near, the very center, around many cafes and restaurants, city parks and waterfront;
- fine breakfasts - the choice of dishes is most varied, everything is delicious. The waiter offers additional dishes to order. But we have enough:)
From the downside:
- gloomy in the common areas - at the time of arrival did not immediately realize where the reception, it all looks painfully ascetic. The hallway to the room is very uncozy, gloomy. I would like more light;
There is no internal lock in the room. For two adults it is not a matter of principle, but for families with children it is very uncomfortable;
-curtains. Cannot close completely normally. The fabric is rigid, crumpled, there is always some clearance;
a terrible local restaurant on the ground floor. A very long wait (more than half an hour), a very mediocre execution of dishes (pasta was cold when served, salad gathered on a quick hand and all ingredients as if separately from each other), it is clearly not recommended;
noisy at night. It is rather a minus of the location in the center, because there is a busy intersection and very audible local rushes on cars and motorcycles;
- pool on the 16th floor - very small and boring. But here it should be noted - everything is very clean, towels are unlimited, beautiful view; the outdoor pool is open from May to September, in our stay it was just prepared for the season;
To sum up, Pullman is a great option for a city hotel with good rooms and fine breakfasts. Ideal for a short stay - 3-5 days.
