It was ok the restaurant's food was not good. We ate there once and never again. Were told they would include breakfast and then told we had to pay. The rooms were not serviced well and some days not done at all. The pool was also very dirty.

Nice facilities. Friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Safe parking. No food inclusions but a good cafe across the road and also a lovely Indian restaurant. Minor issue was the storage room for the cleaning items was right next to the room which impacted on privacy.

No hot water - told staff a few times but nothing was done. Staff Customer service training could be helpful to avoid unnecessary excuses and unprofessional attitudes.
