First time experience and was a blast

I just got back in Singapore and friends of mine recommended I visit this hotel and voilà! Checked out Jungle Ballroom where I met this very welcoming, accommodating and kind maitre d' Jea-Ann. Kudos to her, my new favorite hangout. If I could put 10 stars for her, I would!

Wonderful stay

Excellent location close to food centre and MRT metro station, yet quiet. Easy to get to all the main tourist highlights. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was spotless and welcoming and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and comfortable. We had a wonderful few nights at The Mondrian and highly recommend it.

Hotel and staff excellence

My experience at the Mondrian Hotel was excellent. Rooms were well serviced and amenities were great. The staff were all friendly and helpful whenever I approached them for information. In particular, Candice who was in charge of Quality Control was ever vigilant to ensure our stay went smoothly. She was always ready with a smile to assist.
Anita at the rooftop bar was also a delight to encounter. Bright and efficient - even remembering what each of us drank! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a wonderful experience in Singapore.
