Location is on a bus route and 5 mins walk to Havelock mrt. Always a pleasure to stay. All staff are exceptional. Comfy beds great shower. Tiong Bahru is such a nice area

A much better hotel that the cost suggests

A straightforward hotel close to many restaurants and local markets and only a short 20 minute walk to Chinatown and other attractions.
I found the room immaculate and the whole process of staying here easy. I'd definitely stay here again if passing through Singapore again.

a really nice heritage hotel

A row of shophouses has been converted into a hotel. The conversion has been done very well but the rooms are unavoidably small. The bathroom is also small, but the shower is excellent! They have even been able to find space on level 3 for a small terrace and a small swimming pool. Very helpful staff; no food service, but it is right opposite the wonderful Tiong Bahru market, so who cares? Free coffee in the lobby.

Good stay for a short stopover

The location was good with good transport accessibility. The room was quite compact. It was ok for me. Not sure how 2 people would manage. Also there was a small step down to the toilet which I kept tripping over. It would have been good to change part of it to another cloud as the black leads you to believe the bathroom is the same level as the room. Free tea and coffee from reception & a tea station is set up in the room. It was adequate for a 3 night stay. The staff were friendly & informative. It's a quiet hotel and I didn't experience noise from the street. The price I paid was on special offer so the value was good for me. There is a rooftop pool, however no toilet or changing room up there. The Hotel was kept clean
