A good experience

Ist time in singapore.
Good a good welcome
The v hotel bencoolen is well situated
At the reception hannah upgrade us for a bigger room.
Good service also with Danny for our luggage
And the room service give us a 5 star service.
Value for money
Very clean
Very quiet
The pool is very situated
The atmosphere is good

Great hotel with an affordable budget

- Great location, few minutes from MRT
- Friendly staffs
- Room 0509: served by Minh (Jay). Room is always clean. Flip flops and towels are changed everyday.
- Noise level is acceptable, not that great

Singapore surprise

This hotel lives up to it’s philosophy of treating guests like family. I cannot fault it and would stay here again. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, bathroom modern, there is a 24hr automatic laundromat next door and many food outlets/restaurants within a 15 minute walk. My room, a Delux Superior Queen, was on the small side but adequate for one. The guest lounge (a couple of doors away) was always available for reading, enjoying a free coffee from an easy-to-use machine, a microwave and drinking water tap.

Singapore

Great location. Easy and close access to MRT station on Downtown line.
Rooms very small but clean.
Staff are very friendly and efficient; they handled all our requests in a very timely manner. Thanks to Benson whose service was spot on.
Our only concern with our stay was that the rooms aren't sound proof and we could hear noise from other guests.

V Hotel, Singapore

I enjoyed my stay at The V Hotel. The Location of the hotel is close to the Metro (MTR) and there's also a food court minutes away. Attractions can be easily reached via MTR. Once again Thank you to Mr Henry and team.
