Strange Experience at Stay

Amazing place which has used geo tourism concepts. View is unique and proximity to other places is good.
As it is located Wellawaya road it is easy to reach even using public transports. Young people can enjoy since there is a sharp stairs . Tranquil place.

Not worthy for the price

This place is not worthy of the amount we spend on it. The place is not very clean, and this place has no privacy. Our room was dusty and full of cobwebs. This place doesn’t look anything like the photos on the site. They did not clean the swimming pool as well. They provided the Wi-Fi access when we asked for it a few times. Though it was given, it was not working. They did not provide us with bedtime tea, and we have to ask for it every morning. There are only two workers. There was no food choice at all. For dinner, they have eggs, rice, noodles, and egg pasta. Every time for the deserts, they gave us mainly papaya pieces and sometimes mango pieces. At the end of the stay, we have to go to the ATM machine by spending a three-wheel fee by ourselves to settle the bill since their internet access is poor. Card payments are impossible for them because of their poor internet facilities. They are not very experienced. This place is not worthy of the price at all!

Ella visit

stayed in this hotel one night with the family and relations . Experienced a first class view. Food was tasty. Service was excellent. There is no trouble at all. Swimming pool is also there. Nice place to relax.

Happy to stay here

wonderful place to stay. Excellent service, really delicious foods, friendly and supportive staff, calm place and there was a nice view. I must say don't expect 5-star luxury facilities from here, but expect a wonderfully unique experience with nice memories. Wish you all the best to develop more and more with unique elements.

Disappointing

While the view was fantastic and the staff were very friendly it didn't make up for the fact this place was pretty poor.
The most expensive of our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka was a tin shed on the side of a mountain. Noise from the main road permeates through the panel walls along with the noise from the kitchen. As do the mosquitos through the cracks between the walls and ceiling.
Ella town is really too far to walk, and the name 'resort' is misleading. I never did find any Jacuzzi or Spa.
Despite having paid for 2 nights we thankfully left after 1.
