Amazing and family friendly place for short and/or long term stay!

Amazing family friendly place. The owner Penn is lovely and makes everything to make her guests feel welcome. Next door there is a gym and muy thai training center where you can take muy Thai classes. The staff is so lovely and I highly recommend staying here.

Don't live here! Mosquitous, does not look like it is washed in years, AC does not work, lots of animals and remains from previous guests.

Hard to find, they give the wrong address.
Dirty bedding, the towel and the sheets. Even after 4 shifts, it's not clean, they tried to just put on the sheets again so we didn't see that the sheets were dirty.
Reptiles in beds and bathrooms.
Old soap remains, toothpaste remains.
AC doesn't work.
The mosque wakes you at 05.15
Recommend no one to stay here!

This could be a decent property if someone actually cared. Lots if stuff laying around. A toilet brush got thrown on the ground after use and stayed there for four days. Sheets and towels get washed and thrown on a couch until they are needed again. Not folded. Garbage and junk everywhere. Ants in our room constantly and no spray. The room was clean but the overall impression was not great. Would not stay here again.

Staff here were very nice and tried to fix problems. However, my water was shut off in the middle of the night twice. The sheets had stains on them and I was given a different room then promised because my door was unable to lock.
Overall has good potential, great staff and a good location, but the cleanliness and lack of facilities were a deal breaker for me!
